Application Area
Stainless steel is the ideal material for viniculture. For that reason, UCON-stainless steel wine vats are made of chromium-nickel steel DIN-material 1.4301 (AISI 304).
The grape's way from vineyard to treatment is therefore reliable and unproblematic. Because UCON-wine vats are matched with the operating conditions in modern viniculture.
